Carol Ann (McGloin) Palermo

 Carol Ann Palermo, 68, of Belford, passed away Saturday, July 6th. Carol was born in New York City,on August 29, 1950, a daughter of the late Dorothy and Edmond  McGloin. She spent her younger years in Atlantic Highlands then lived in Long Branch before settling in Belford 30 years ago.  Carol worked as a private duty nurse for many years.
   Carol is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Anthony Palermo and their two children, Shawn and Chelsea. She also leaves behind two brothers, Tracy McGloin and Bryant McGloin, her Uncle Edward "Brother" Brennan and Aunt Nora, along with two grandsons, Joel and Giovanni and her beloved dog Griffey.

   Friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Chapel Hill Rd., Middletown on Tuesday at 11:30 am.
