Charles W. Eastman, Jr. 35, a lifelong resident of Middletown, unexpectedly passed away on March 24, 2024. He was born on May 5, 1988, in Hackensack, New Jersey, and relocated to Middletown as an infant. Charles graduated from Middletown HS North in 2006 and was an active young man who enjoyed baseball, soccer, and fishing with his father. As an avid sports fan, he rooted for the Dallas Cowboys and NY Yankees. He cherished spending time with his beloved family dog, Lucy. Chuck, as he was affectionately known by his friends, possessed a compassionate spirit. He had a knack for making connections with strangers, often offering them a cup of coffee or some other small gesture to brighten their day. His unwavering willingness to lend a helping hand extended to all who knew him.
Charles is survived by his loving parents, Wayne and Donna Eastman, as well as his brothers, Matthew Bruno and Samuel Bruno, and his nieces and nephew: Matthew, Madison, Bella, and Ashlyn.
