Cori Lynn " Cookie" Pallister, 53, of Little Egg Harbor, passed away Saturday, January 21st. Cori was born in Jersey City, on January 29, 1969, a daughter of William Spain and the late Marion Spain. She was raised in Jersey City and then moved to the Sayreville area where she lived most of her life until settling in Little Egg Harbor 5 years ago.
Cookie was a bookkeeper at Brocon Petroleum in Perth Amboy for several years. She also operated ARCC Communications which installed antenna cables. Cookie loved working, but when she was not working, she could often be found spending time with her family or reading a good book. She enjoyed travelling to sunny destinations whenever she could. Cookie had a memorable laugh and will also be fondly remembered as a good hearted person and a loving mother who was always there for her family and friends.
Cookie is survived by her father William Spain, Sr., her daughter, Danielle Pallister and her son, William Spain III. She also leaves behind five sisters; Vicki Peduto, Cheryl Moscatello, Dee Ann Spain, Alice Passante Spain, Nicole Spain and their brother, Carlie Spain. Cookie was predeceased by her mother Marion Spain, her brother William Spain, Jr and sister, Billie Jo Crow.
Friends and Family may pay their respects on Friday from 5 - 7 pm at Scott & Kedz Home for Funerals.
A Service will conclude the evening and a private cremation will follow.
