Elizabeth Wolfrum, 75, of Port Monmouth, passed away Friday, November 13th, with her loving family by her bedside, at Care one at King James, Middletown. She was born in Jersey City and has lived in Port Monmouth for the past 50 years where she was a homemaker, raising her family. She was also a Life member of the Port Monmouth First Aid Ladies Auxilary, St Catherine's Church and she enjoyed going to Bingo with her friends.
Elizabeth is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years, Robert Wolfrum Sr. and their daughter Kathleen Caputo of Belford and son Robert Jr. and his wife Lorie of Pa. She is also survived by three sisters, Joan Kaht,Trudy Tracy, and Regina Delourey ; two brothers, David and Douglas Garrabrandt; 6 grandchildren; Nicole, Denise, Daniel, Jacob, Abigail and Grace and 2 great grandchildren; Richard and Payton. Elizabeth was predeceased by her parents, James and Elizabeth Garrabrandt and 7 of her siblings; Kitty, Vera, Marilyn, Janet, Mary, Howard and James.
Friends and relatives may pay their respects Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm and Tuesday 9-10 am at Scott & Kedz Home for Funerals, 153 Church St., Belford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Catherine's Church, Middletown, at 10:30 am on Tuesday, November 17th. A private cremation will follow and an interment of ashes and committal will be held at Fairview Cemetery on Wednesday.
