James J. Milford, Jr

 James J. Milford, Jr., 59, of Port Monmouth, passed away Friday, April 30th. James was born in Jersey City on October 21, 1961, a son of Claire Milford and the late James J. Milford, Sr. He was raised in Jersey City then moved to the Middletown area 35 years ago. Jim was an auto mechanic in the Bayshore area for many years. In his free time he enjoyed fishing and bowling with his friends, but mostly he liked to spend time at home, usually watching his favorite team, the NY Giants, on TV. 
    Jim is  survived by two daughters, Jamie (Ryan) Palmer; Teisha (Bob) Heltzman and three sons Daniel  (Karlee) Milford; Michael Milford; and Thomas Coffey. He also leaves behind his mother Claire Milford and three sisters, Patricia (Mike) Burke; Linda (Charlie) Strait; Lisa Milford along with six grandchildren; Carmello, Kaylee, Ryan, Robert, Emilee, and Kai; his girlfriend Diane Geib and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Jim was predeceased by his father James. Sr. in 2016 and his sister Alona in 1967.
   Friends and relatives may pay their respects Friday from 3 - 6 pm at Scott & Kedz Home for Funerals. A funeral service will conclude the evening and a private cremation will follow.
