Joan C. (Fisler) Zemalkowski

Joan Carolyn Zemalkowski, 84 of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away April 8, 2022. She was born June 3, 1937, in Red Bank, New Jersey to John and Dorothy Fisler.

   Joan is preceded in death by her husband John of 64 years, daughter Terree, sister Dorothy and her parents John and Dorothy Fisler and granddaughter Jessi. Survived by her brother, John Fisler. Two children, Sherree Patterson and John Zemalkowski Jr. Grandchildren, Brandee, Bryan, Kelee, Aimee, Nicolas, Emilee, Jenni, Kerri and Great Grandchildren, Brandon, Blake, Brynlee, Kylee, Jack, Lennon, Astrid, Marley, Prudence, Jude, Kyle and Zachary. Great-great grandson Kingston.

 Joan loved to travel, enjoyed camping, pizza nights, FaceTime with her grandchildren & great grandchildren, looking at old photos, listening to Elvis and loved watching Judge Judy while she sat with her beloved dog Roxee. She enjoyed flowers, watching the butterflies and time at the beach with family.

    Friends and family may pay their respects on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm and again Tuesday from 10-11am just prior to the funeral service which willl be held at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
