Joseph Littmann, Jr., 67, of Atlantic Highlands, passed away February 28th, at home with his family by his side. Joe was born in Amityville, NY, on April 25, 1955, a son of Marcella and Joseph Littmann, Sr. He was raised in Smithtown, NY, and later moved to Brooklyn. After he was married, Joe and his wife Kathleen settled in Middletown in 1985 and later Joe retired to Atlantic Highlands, where he enjoyed watching the seasons change from his balcony overlooking the harbor.

Joe was a consummate host and entertainer. He was at his happiest cooking and telling jokes around a table, where there was always a seat whether you were family, a close friend, or an acquaintance in need of a welcoming place to spend a holiday. He will be remembered by lifelong and new friends alike for his relentless sense of humor, warm spirit and generosity.
Joe was predeceased by his wife, Kathleen (Moore), and his parents.
