Krystie Apfel Obituary

Krystie Lynn Apfel, 35, of Port Monmouth, passed away Thursday, September 30th. Krystie was born in Long Branch, on August 24, 1986, a daughter of Darcy (Cusick) and the late W. Scott Card. First and foremost, Krystie loved her children. She always wanted to help other people and she was attending Pilar College in the hopes of becoming a counselor that could help people with drug addictions. She graduated St. John Vianney High School in 2004. Krystie loved arts and crafts, especially scrap booking. She also enjoyed music and dancing. Krystie was an avid NY Giants and Yankees fan along with NASCAR racing. Martin Truex #19, was her favorite!
Krystie is survived by her wife and best friend, Julee Apfel. She also leaves behind her 3 children; Jeffrey Chapman , Jonathan Card and Gianna Card along with her mother Darcy Cusick, sister, Brianna Schwing, brother, Joseph Mulligan, IV and several cousins.
