Laura DePalma, 67, of Manchester, peacefully passed away with her family by her side on Friday, August 11th. Laura was born in the Bronx, daughter of the late Gertrude and John J. Clark and sister to the late John J. Clark, Jr. Laura was raised in Staten Island and lived in Union Beach for many years before retiring to Manchester in 2000. Laura worked for Pathmark food stores for 30 years, up until their closing nearly 10 years ago. Laura was very active at Leisure Village. She enjoyed their cooking club, ceramics, playing Rummy-Q, Bingo and cards. She will be greatly missed by all her friends there.
Laura is survived by her devoted husband of 39 years, Vincent DePalma along with her daughter and son-in-law Tarra and Alan Tullo of Howell. Laura also leaves behind her adored granddaughters, Erika and Ally and her beloved dogs, Lilly and Buddy.
Friends and relatives may pay their respects Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm and Wednesday from 10- 11 am at Scott & Kedz Home for Funerals, 153 Church St., Belford. The Funeral Service will be held ay 11am at the funeral home on Wednesday. Entombment and committal will follow at Holmdel Cemetery.
