Linda (Festing) Soranno

Linda K. Soranno, 62, of Keansburg, passed away Friday, March 9th. Linda was born and raised in Jersey City , a daughter of the late Barbara and Richard Festing. Linda lived in Jersey City unil 1981 when she and her family moved to Keansburg. Linda was a nurse at several area hospitals over the years, including Riverivew Medical Center, Bayshore Hospital, and Marlboro Mental Hospital. She also worked as a private duty nurse for several years. Linda will always be remembered as a free spirited woman. 
  Linda is  survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Soranno and her boyfriend Jose Pagan, of Rahway  and her son and daughter-in-law, John and Heather Soranno, of Old Bridge. She also leaves behind 4 grandchildren; Lia, Johnny, and Jake Soranno along with Mateo Pagan. Linda was predeceased by her sisters Barbara Bojarski and Deborah Festing.
     Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Gathering on Wednesday from 6-8 pm at Scott & Kedz Home for Funerals, 153 Church Street, Belford. A Memorial Service will conclude the evening.
