Mary R. Kelly, 74, of Secaucus, passed away Sunday, October 29th. Mary was born and raised in Jersey City, a daughter of the late Genevieve and Michael Sisk. She moved to Secaucus 23 years ago. Mary was a clerk with the US Postal Service for many years at the Jersey City Bulk Post Office. Mary loved spending time with her family, she also enjoyed days out shopping.
Mary is survived by her devoted husband of 29 years, Michael Kelly and her beloved son, Frankie Stromberg and his wife Leslie. Mary is also survived by two brothers, William (Patricia) Sisk and James (Lola) Sisk; 2 grandchildren Chad and Megan Kehoe and 1 great grandchild along with many nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by her siblings; Richard and Michael Sisk, Agnes Simmons, Genevieve Hoffman and Catherine Misiak.
Friends and relatives may pay their respects Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm and Friday from 9-10 am at Scott & Kedz Home for Funerals, 153 Church St., Belford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Catherine's Church in Middletown at 10:30 am on Friday, November 3rd. The burial and committal will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
