Matthew R. Moschau, 71, of Keansburg, passed away Saturday, March 2nd, at Anchor Care and Rehab, in Hazlet. Matthew was born and raised in Hoboken, the only child of the late Benice and Willie Moschau. His family moved to West Keansburg and that is where he lived most of his life. Matthew was a forklift operator for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his friends at Nappy's.
Matthew is survived by three children; his daughters, Michelle Walker Gelhaus and Lisa Pagan Gelhaus; and his son, Rich Moschau. Matthew also leaves behind eight grandchildren; Paul and Hope Walker; Aleah and Desiree Pagan; Jonah, Faith and Paige VanHorenbeck; and Alex Moschau.
A private cremation will take place.
