Pamela (Toomer) Fink

Pamela "Pam" Fink, lovingly known to family and friends as "Meemom", passed away on June 22, 2026, at the age of 76. She was a loving and kind woman whose bright spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

Born on June 7, 1950, in South Amboy, Pam was a daughter of the late William and Agnes Toomer. She was raised in Union Beach and later made her home in Middletown, where she lived after briefly residing in Keansburg following her marriage. Pam graduated from Keyport High School and carried the values of hard work, loyalty, and family throughout her life.

Pam devoted many years of service with Allstate Insurance Company, where she was known for her dependability and pleasant manner. She later worked for Shamrock Bus Company as a bus aide, continuing to serve others with patience and care. In every role she held, Pam brought a steady presence and a warm personality that made her well respected by coworkers and those around her.

She was a past member of the East Keansburg Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, where she enjoyed being part of a community she cared about. She bowled on the Thursday Night Ladies League at Harmony Bowl for many years. Pam also enjoyed being out and about town, especially when shopping at her favorite stores. These simple pleasures reflected the cheerful way she approached life and the joy she found in everyday moments.

Above all, Pam loved her family deeply. She treasured time spent with her loved ones, especially during holidays, when she enjoyed cooking and celebrating together. Her home and heart were always open to family, and she created lasting memories through her kindness, her warmth, and the comfort she gave to those around her. She was known for her bright and sunny personality, and she carried herself with a gentle grace that made others feel welcome and cared for.

Pam was predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Richard Fink, Sr., in 2007. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Maureen Mazur and Arthur Leary. She is survived by her three children, Richard Jr., Laura Fink, and Natalee Kain and her husband Chris. She also leaves behind two granddaughters, Rebecca Kain and Emalee Fink, along with several nieces and nephews.

Pam will be remembered with love for the kindness she showed, the family she cherished, and the steady example she set through her life. Her memory will remain a source of comfort to those who knew and loved her, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, July 1st from 5 - 8 PM and a service will conclude the evening at Scott & Kedz Home for Funerals. A private cremation will follow.
