Teresa B. (Speziale) Presuto

 Teresa B. Presuto, 93, of Belford, peacefully passed away Saturday, February 1st, surrounded by her beloved family. Teresa was born in Brooklyn, New York on August 8, 1926, a daughter of the late Wilhelmina and Vincent Speziale. She lived in Brooklyn most of her life and will always be lovingly remembered as "the Mayor of Court Street." After her husband's passing, she moved to Belford to be with her daughter Joan and family. Teresa enjoyed vacationing in Florida and spending time with her family.
  Teresa was predeceased by her beloved husband of 47 years, Nicholas  Presuto in 1994. She is survived by her two daughters and their spouses; Teresa Presuto and Jackie Santamaria of  Buffalo, N.Y. and Joan and Bob Banta, of Belford. Teresa also leaves behind her three grandchildren; Nicholas and his wife Jessica, Joseph and Alexis, and was predeceased by her two sisters; Antoinette Penna and Dorothy Cali.
   Friends and relatives may pay their respects Tuesday from 5 - 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:15 am Wednesday at St. Mary's Chapel in New Monmouth. The Entombment and Committal will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
